Diagnose A Bad Connection
Use NetEye continuous ping for latency, loss, jitter, and uptime, then traceroute to identify slow or timing-out hops.

Operator approach
Start with the documented workflow for the tool, collect evidence, and keep the next step visible before changing settings, blocking traffic, unlocking storage, or transferring sensitive files.
First steps
- Start continuous ping to the target
- Watch latency, loss percentage, jitter, and uptime
- Export CSV if you need a record
- Run traceroute and review hops above 100ms or timeout alerts
